Kyle has always been driven by the joy of exploration — the kind that comes from being outdoors, trying new routes, and rediscovering the simple thrill of motion. His passion for fun, accessibility, and community sits at the core of Amp’d eMotion’s identity. He believes movement should be exciting, inclusive, and something anyone can enjoy — not reserved for elite athletes or expensive gear.

Tyrone brings the performance edge and technical depth. A former professional rugby fly-half, he learned early on the importance of efficiency, discipline, and using energy wisely — where every movement mattered. After competing at a high level in both South Africa and the UK, Tyrone turned to cycling as a way to stay fit and connected to movement beyond the rugby field. That journey quickly evolved into a deep fascination with eBike technology.

Through years of hands-on experience, Tyrone became known for bridging the gap between technical expertise and real-world riding. He has worked extensively with modern eBike systems, helping riders understand drivetrain performance, electronic diagnostics, and long-term reliability — always with a focus on practical, rider-first solutions. His approach is simple and honest: eBikes aren’t about replacing effort — they’re about enhancing it.

Together, Kyle and Tyrone built Amp’d eMotion around a shared philosophy: the right eBike isn’t the most expensive one — it’s the one that fits the rider, the terrain, and the purpose.
